Introduction
Ethical management is a fundamental pillar of effective corporate governance. While governance frameworks establish structures and accountability, ethical management ensures that decisions, behaviours, and organisational culture consistently reflect legal obligations, professional standards, and organisational values. Strong ethical practices help organisations prevent misconduct, build stakeholder confidence, and protect long-term reputation.
This five-day course provides practical tools for embedding ethics into governance and day-to-day management. Participants will learn how to establish ethical governance frameworks, develop codes of conduct, manage conflicts of interest, respond to ethical breaches, and measure organisational ethics performance. Through practical case studies, governance templates, and real-world scenarios, the course equips participants to strengthen accountability, reduce organisational risk, and foster a culture of integrity.
